The goal of this workshop is to hold your hand through getting a prophoto blog completely set up.  If you don’t have hosting or a domain yet, no biggie, the hand-holding can start there.  If you already have established hosting, good deal.  Even if you already have a prophoto blog but have yet to make it your own or simply want to juice it up into a full blogsite, we’re good there too.

It will cover the absolute basics if you’re just starting out with a photography website. And for the non-beginner, we’ll cover all the customization options in Pro Photo as well as blog management tips & even discuss setting up email and a client site.   2. Week 1:
    1. Installing a theme (we recommend SLR themes)
    2. Installing plugins
    3. Installing banner, slideshow and background
    4. optional (migrating your OLD blog from blogger)
  3. Week 2&3:
    1. Modifications:  colors, fonts, links, menu customization, linking facebook/twitter
    2. Choosing a header layout
    3. Pages and Posts
  4. Week 4:
    1. Creating regular backups
    2. SEO
    3. Facebook integration / twitter integration
    4. Feeds
